Service Brakes (operation, noise, pulling)
Parking Brakes (application, holding, release)
Drain Air Tanks (check for contamination)
Gauges (operation, condition, noise)
Engine Shut down
Engine RPM's (record IDLE and MAX)
Oil Pressure (record IDLE and MAX)
Window Operation
Cab Door: Hinges, Latches & Stops
Light Check (Check Function off: Interior, Dash, 4-ways, directional, back-ups, brake, headlamps low/hi, clearance, parking, meter, control panel, cabinet, beacon, reflectors.
Appearence: Cab Interior, Cleanliness, Paint, Decals, Body Damage
Tilt Cab Linkage
Check Transmission Fluid Level
Check/Lube U-Joints
Check/Lube Slip Yokes
Inspect U-Bolts and Flanges
Inspect Hangers, Mounts, Isolators & Bolts
Product Pump Gear lube Level or Grease
Check for Oil Leaks
Check Power Steering Fluid Level, Lines and Hoses
Check Gear Box, Lube/Grease
Check Gear Box, Lube/Grease
Check Tires (wear, valve caps, inflation)Check Rims for Damage
Check Coolant Level
Test Battery Kill Switch
Check PTO Shaft
Test Interlocks Status Light
Check Nozzle Conditions (safety wires, dust caps)
Check Hose Reels and Chains & Sprockets(lubricate chains)
Verify Millipore Caps and Chains are on
Alternator Output (note voltage)
Engine Operation Temperature (note temp when hot)
Air Compressor (note CUT IN PSI and note CUT OUT PSI)
Low Air Warning (note PSI)
Horn Function & Back Up Alarm
Windshield Wipers & Fluid
Glass: Windshield, Doors, Mirrors
Check Belt Tension
Air Intake Pipes and Hoses
Check Transmissions Lines for Leakage
Check Mounts and Isolator Bolts
Check Product Pump Mounting Bolts
Clean Differential Breather
Check Frame and Cross Members
Check Wheel Hub Gear Lube (if equipped)
Check Wheel Hub Gaskets for Leaks
Check Ball Joints and Control Arm Bushings
Check Springs and Shackles
Check Shocks and Mounts
Check King Pins
Check Pitman Arm and Nuts
Check Tie Rod Ends
Check Rear axles for Shifting and Cracks
Check Air Compressor Condition and Mounts(if applicable)
