    Load cartons, one handfull at a time, all in same direction, seam side out and up

    Monitor glue level in pot, add as needed, keep glue covered and sealed

    Maintain equipment speed at 35CPM

    Load 8 cookies per bucket, all straight in correct orientation

    Place 12 caddies into one master case, run through a top/bottom case sealer

    Print correct information on master case, including product description, bar code, and best buy date

    Cycle defective packages back to rework table for reconditioning

    Keep guide rails free of glue and any debris. Scrapers are stored, point of use, near back of machine, velcrowed to interior side

    If a known schedule gap of 1.5 to 4 hours is coming, power down the machine, then restart the machine 15 minutes before resuming production
