Use this checklist for ensuring tenants are maintaining your property properly, but it also ensures your investment is prepped and prepared for weather. It also helps you stay consistently aware of what your condition your property is.

    Before you can enter an occupied property to perform a rental inspection, ensure you’ve properly communicated beforehand with your tenants in compliance with your state’s notice to enter the property.

    However, there are general things a landlord walkthrough checklist can account for:
