Cutter - Monthly PM

Use this guide for the monthly preventive maintenance of your cutter. This will ensure that your tools are clean and safe for use.

Insure regular is working properly. No air leaks of moisture in filter replace as needed. Lubrication is present if applicable

Inspect linear bearing and rails insure working properly no damage. Replace as needed. Inspect bearing on cutter wheels replace as needed

Inspect air lines insure no air leaks repair or replace as need

Inspect ball joints for wear, replace as needed lubricate with little oil. Inspect adjustment rods insure working smoothly. Blow out access dust in cutter. Inspect center guide remove any tape or grit

Insure hold down guide work smoothly lubricate with light oil. Insure rods are straight. No issues adjusting make repairs as needed

vacuum out electrical cabinets. Do not use forced air
