    Procedure

    Turn fan interlock switch to “ON.”

    Remove release sheets.

    The upper plate surface and edges are extremely hot.

    Pre-heat the grill.

    Platen Thermocouple Location.

    Placing Pyrometer to the Top Platen.

    The grill surface is extremely hot -

    Measure temperature.

    The grill surface is extremely hot.

    Calibrate grill temperature.

    Calibrate other heat zones.

    Save calibration.

    Revert.

    Thermocouple calibration completed.
