Shake & Sundae Carpigiani Daily Closing/Opening Maintenance

The Shake & Sundae Carpigiani Daily Closing/Opening Maintenance Form helps you create a planned maintenance and a routine of performing inspections, minor repairs, cleaning, and upkeep, rather than waiting until something breaks down to take action. This will help you avoid unanticipated downtime due to equipment failure.

    NOTE: The machine is equipped with an automatic system wich calls for washing of the parts in contact with the product every 14 days. This system disables the dispensing function at the end of the fourteenth day (see cap. 6)

    DISASSEMBLING AND CLEANING THE COMPONENTS:

    SANITIZING THE DOOR AREA:

    SYRUP LINE CLEANING / SANITIZING Syrup suction tubes/ connectors cleaning :

    Sanitizing the syrup lines:

    Removing the sanitizing solution from syrup lines

    Loading the syrup lines with syrup

    NOTE: It’s possible to be displayed the message “why in stop". This message reminds you to return the machine in production mode at the end of the syrup lines cleaning.

    PREPARING THE MACHINE FOR THE OVERNIGHT HEAT TREATMENT CYCLE.

    WARNING: If the mix in the hopper is below the medium level ("ADD MIX" MESSAGE ON DISPLAY), the pasteurisation cycle will not start.

    FRONT PANEL CLEANING

    To clean the keyboard panel with a clean sanitized towel is recommended to lock the keys as follows:

    WARNING: Do not keep any syrup line empty. In case you are using only 3 syrup flavours, you must close the hole of the front lid using the tap delivered with the accessories as indicated in sect. 6.4.2.1 of the user’s manual.
