NOTE: The machine is equipped with an automatic system wich calls for washing of the parts in contact with the product every 14 days. This system disables the dispensing function at the end of the fourteenth day (see cap. 6)

Loading the syrup lines with syrup
NOTE: It’s possible to be displayed the message “why in stop". This message reminds you to return the machine in production mode at the end of the syrup lines cleaning.
PREPARING THE MACHINE FOR THE OVERNIGHT HEAT TREATMENT CYCLE.
WARNING: If the mix in the hopper is below the medium level ("ADD MIX" MESSAGE ON DISPLAY), the pasteurisation cycle will not start.
FRONT PANEL CLEANING
To clean the keyboard panel with a clean sanitized towel is recommended to lock the keys as follows:
