    Valve Assembly and Front Panel (Portion-Control Models)

    The valve assembly holds the tube in place and guides the plunger. It also may contain electronic devices to assist in temperature control and valve door open/close indication.

    Prior to taking the valve assembly apart,prepare containers of

    Removing and cleaning the valve assembly and front panel

    There is only one thermistor wire for each dispenser. For dispenser with more than one product, the thermistor wire is attached to the metal valve insert located in the left valve.

    Reinstall the valve assembly and front panel

    Make sure that the valve door is installed before tightening the screws because you will not able to install the valve door after the assembly has been installed.

    Clean ,rinse and sanitize the removed parts.

    Reassemble the valve body, plunger, spring , and dispense handle.
