Time required
1 minute to prepare - 5 minutes to complete, once fryer has reached cooking temperature. Cook temperature should be reached in approximately 45 minutes.

Procedure
Calibrate pyrometer.
Place probe in water
Read temperature
Turn on fryer and heat oil.
Check oil level
Oil in the fryer is very hot. Use gloves.
Cycle vat.
Read oil temperature.
Display temperature on fryer.
Compare temperature readings.
Repeat for other side of splitvat.
End calibration check.
Calibrate remaining fryers.
