Creamer and Sweetener Sureshot Sureshot Dispenser Daily Maintenance

This daily maintenance form for the Creamer and Sweetener Sureshot Sureshot Dispenser gives the complete details on how to clean the dispenser, exterior and button panel, catch tray, and valve area. It also has great tips for both dishwasher and manual cleaning of the machine.

    CLEANING THE DISPENSER

    Exterior and Button Panel

Do not allow stainless-steel cleaner to come into contact with the button panel or any plastic parts. Do not use any ammonia-based cleaners , such as window cleaner.

    Catch Tray

Should a dishwasher not be available , the items may be cleaned following these steps:

    Valve Area

The area around door must keep for proper sanitation and to maintain accurate portion amounts

Product Case , Ramp , and Tank

If a dishwasher is available, these items can be cleaned on a full wash cycle.

Should a dishwasher not be available , the items may be cleaned following these steps:

In most cases, partially filled dairy bags cannot be reloaded in portion- control models because the portion amounts will not be accurate for the remainder of the bag .Therefore, the product case should be cleaned only when a new dirty bag is loaded .

However, if your dispenser's software has the future for loading partially filled diary bags, you can accurately enter the correct bag volume so that you can load partially filled diary bag

    Product Compartment

Cleaning and Drying the product compartment each time a new bag, box or refiled tank is loaded will remove condensation and improve the efficiency of the dispenser

Ice will form in the product compartment occasionally. This does not necessarily mean the temperature of the product is too cold. The dispenser is not a frost-free system ; some ice will be present under normal operation.

Remove any ice that may be in the product compartment
