Routine scheduling for keeping inventory aligned

With Cycle Counts, you can easily schedule a count of a part by factors like part type and location. The count itself is done on mobile and syncs in real-time to web, allowing you to monitor progress, identify discrepancies, and get a head start on next actions to take. Once the count is completed, the system automatically updates inventory records with a comprehensive audit trail.

Mobile-first experience

As mentioned, once a cycle count is assigned, your users are assigned the work order and perform the count on their mobile device or desktop; no paper or back-and-forth from facility floor to office required. To streamline the process, they can:

  • Scan a parts QR code to pull it up in MaintainX
  • Enter the counted value from their mobile device
  • Pause and resume in-progress counts - interruptions happen!

Keep inventory in sync with Cycle Counts

Now that you have accurate parts data, you'll be ready to create repeating Work Orders. Our new scheduling options let you plan PMs around the regular, or irregular, cadence needed for production off-hours, seasonality, or asset requirements.
