How do I set up the FuelCloud integration?
MaintainX will configure the FuelCloud integration. The process starts with your dedicated MaintainX account representative who will meet with you to explore your existing workflows and objectives.
Next, you’ll be paired with a MaintainX integration consultant who will determine the scope of the integration, and coordinate necessary MaintainX resources to help you succeed. Scoping meetings will occur with your IT team and key internal stakeholders to fully understand your requirements and considerations, such as constraints and timing. The process also includes testing and validation to ensure the integration meets your needs.
How frequently can data be sent between MaintainX and FuelCloud?
FuelCloud transactions are automatically synced with MaintainX once daily, ensuring your data is up to date.
If a vehicle refuels multiple times a day, which reading is synced with MaintainX?
The most recent reading from that day is synced with MaintainX, so you'll receive one updated meter reading per day.
Can we review/assess the work requests that are triggered by the FuelCloud integration?
Yes, you can review and approve or decline the work request in MaintainX. If approved, you can assign it to a team or a specific technician and monitor the progress from start to finish.
Will the MaintainX work request or work order be routed to the correct asset or location?
Yes, the work request or work order will be routed automatically. Your MaintainX integration consultant will assist you with mapping to the correct asset or location.
