Every time I talk with our customers, I'm reminded that your feedback shapes everything we build at MaintainX. When we ask what problems you're trying to solve, you tell us about the challenges of fragmented systems, poor visibility into operations, and the struggles of getting frontline teams to adopt software that wasn't designed for them.
That's why I'm particularly excited to share that your input has once again propelled our software to the top of G2's Spring 2025 Report rankings, confirming what we've known all along—when you build for frontline workers first, everyone wins.
This spring, we earned 125 badges across 178 reports, and secured the #1 ranking for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), along with #1 for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Enterprise. The quarterly G2 reports help consumers make informed software purchasing decisions based on user-submitted ratings. That means businesses like yours continue to trust us as the best solution for maintenance and asset management.
Moreover, we secured a customer satisfaction score of 100 on G2’s grid report, higher than any other platform. This is based on factors like ease of use, customer support, feature ratings, and users’ likelihood to recommend us to others. This isn't just about having more features – it's about building software that actually works the way maintenance teams need it to work.

We’re committed to continuing to raise the bar for what modern EAM and CMMS tools can achieve for maintenance professionals. Customers like Redimix—whose team cut maintenance costs by 53% after adopting MaintainX—are seeing the real impact of our dedication to innovation.
G2’s grid report, pictured below, offers a high-level overview of software performance based on market presence and customer satisfaction. Quarter after quarter, MaintainX continues to lead the pack in EAM and CMMS. We earned an outstanding leader score of 90 for CMMS this spring—a testament to our boundary-pushing impact on the industry.
For Presrite, our collaborative approach to support and implementation proved that with MaintainX, they weren't just getting a product—they were getting a partner to help them achieve their maintenance goals. "I would go to my maintenance managers and ask them what they would like to see in our new platform, then talk to the MaintainX support team, and it would be sorted," said Ryan Smolik.
Creating the #1 Solution in the Enterprise Asset Management Category
Our recognition as a leader in both the EAM and CMMS categories speaks to our efforts to provide maintenance professionals the insights they need to ensure their organizations run more efficiently and safely. For the second quarter in a row, we achieved the #1 spot for Enterprise Asset Management on G2. Our score increased to an outstanding 86.

Continuing to Set the Pace for Growth and Innovation
We’ve maintained our lead as the industry’s fastest-growing CMMS, snagging a momentum score of 76. The momentum grid ranks software based on growth, social impact, and innovation.
What's driving this momentum? We're building features that directly address the most painful problems maintenance teams face. In 2025, you'll see us continue to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI-assisted work order generation, expanded condition-based maintenance capabilities, and even deeper integrations with the systems you already use.
We continue to be inspired by how our customers are growing with the platform, and it drives us to create new features that will change the game for their operations.
“We are definitely far from hitting the peak with our savings from MaintainX—it’s only going to get better.” - Scotty Death, Chief Operations Officer at PharmaNZ
The #1 CMMS for Seamless Implementation
Reflecting our commitment to customer success, we also topped G2’s implementation index. This means users can count on us for the industry’s fastest, most seamless onboarding process.
Customers report minimal downtime, quick setup, greater confidence, and immediate results. Our hassle-free implementation process sets the foundation for users to experience long-term success and maximum ROI.

“The MaintainX implementation team was supportive all the way, answering any questions we had, incorporating our feedback, and making adjustments to fit our specific needs,” said Davanni James, acting facilities manager for the Public Works Department of the Cayman Islands. “We had no downtime and could continue our work without interruptions. We provided our data, and the MaintainX team created templates to help organize it. As a result, we were able to migrate 15 years' worth of data in just four weeks.”
