The MaintainX product team pushes out new features, improvements, and bug fixes several times per day. We are excited to announce the release of MaintainX 3.0!
Release Notes is our regular update to highlight our recent product improvements so you can easily stay up to date on what’s new.
We are excited to share our latest update: MaintainX 3.0 is the official launch of great new features and design on our native Mobile app.
Last quarter, we announced two exciting changes: the release of the Purchase Orders feature that enables users to work with Vendors directly from MaintainX and enhancements to Workstation Mode, now available across all platforms.
In addition to the new, cleaner layout, starting today with MaintainX 3.0, you and your team can now use the following features on the Mobile app:
- New Overview Screen
- “More” Section Enhancements
- Language Localization
- Notification Pausing (available on Desktop soon)
New Overview Screen
On the MaintainX mobile app, the new Overview screen provides users with easy and smart access to product features, important data, and maintenance activities directly from your home screen.
The Overview screen is available to Full Users and Administrators, but not to Requestors. These features may or may not be visible to Full Users depending on how your organization’s MaintainX administrator sets user permissions.
“More” Section Enhancements
On the Mobile app, we’ve expanded the “More” section with additional options so that all users can, with one click, view their organization’s Most Recent Activity, invite new Members to MaintainX, and Contact MaintainX.
The “More” section is available to all users. However, as is true with other MaintainX features, your ability to view these enhancements depends on user permissions set by your organization’s MaintainX administrator.
Language Localizations
Also, on the Mobile app, MaintainX’s new Language Localization feature allows you to choose between English, Spanish, and French directly from your profile’s Account Settings. Localization is available to all users. You can configure Language Localization from your User Account. Please note: Spanish and French are still in BETA.
Notification Pausing
MaintainX is excited to announce the Pause Notifications settings button available on the Mobile app. From your profile or from the “More” screen, you can now pause notifications for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, until tomorrow, and even until next week.
Notification Pausing is available to all users, although your organization’s MaintainX administrator can turn this feature on or off for full users. Notification Pausing is accessible from the Overview screen and your User account.
